Lutheran SeniorLife's new independent living residence, Overbrook Pointe, is a multi-story structure nestled into the hillside that surrounds the recently constructed assisted living facility, RoseCrest, also designed by us.
Overbrook Pointe features both covered and surface parking, bistro-style dining, a wellness center, party room, fireplace lounges on every floor, and large terraces overlooking a wooded ravine. The apartments range from 850 to 1,425 square feet, from comfortable one-bedroom spaces to upscale two-bedroom plus den units with electric fireplaces. All apartments have spacious, fully-equipped kitchens, private laundries, and walk-in closets.
Deluxe units feature octagonal living rooms with high ceilings and ample windows to take advantage of magnificent views across the landscape views. The units are spacious but affordable, and all feature balconies for additional enjoyment of the outdoors. The picturesque but simple craftsman-style architecture that Stantec has created is now the hallmark of this unique campus.
