Pre-builds modernize office space in Park Avenue Tower
When Equity Office Properties needed to update their commercial office space in Park Avenue Tower, they hired us for professional services. We worked on the building’s infrastructure upgrades and interior renovation for this commercial office building near Bryant Park—our team led efforts towards upgrading and renovating their office spaces across five floors.
Renovation efforts largely centered around selecting and implementing pre-build suites and partial pre-build suites from floor to floor. These unique project parameters were not new to our professionals. Our team took care to see that, although spread across multiple separated floors, the pre-builds contributed to a cohesive offering for both the client and their shareholders. With work that entailed various workplace and office installations, the upgraded office space now includes open area workstations, conference rooms, private offices, pantry and café, IT space, and new ADA (Americans with Disabilities Act Standards for Accessible Design) compliant restrooms.
The result? Equity Office Properties now operates with efficient, modern, fully functional office spaces.
