Using design and functionality to give a stronger voice to Canada's history
Located in the heart of downtown Winnipeg, the Canadian Human Rights Museum attracts more than 230,000 visitors a year. As a national and international destination, people from around the world can participate in discussion and commit to taking action against hate and oppression. As project managers, we helped guide the many moving parts of this complex, multi-staged project to one successful conclusion – its inaugural opening.
With particular attention to the master schedule, our project managers provided the Canadian Museum for Human Rights with guidance, which the staff and project management teams employed to meet their project objectives for exhibitions and operational components. Communication was crucial to this process. We successfully streamlined goals, objectives, processes, management, cost, time, and resource utilization.
As one of the most high profile projects in Manitoba’s storied history, we are proud to have supported the Canadian Museum of Human Rights in reach their objectives of being the first new national museum since 1967, and the first-ever national museum outside of Ottawa.
