Philadelphia (Arch Street), Pennsylvania
Welcome to Philadelphia
Our Three Logan Square office, in the heart of Philadelphia’s Center City, is home to over 40 architects, project managers, and interior design professionals.
With a focus on interiors and workplace, science and technology, and corporate commercial sectors, we’ve worked on facilities for our clients at notable Philadelphia locations. These include 2000 Arch Street, containing Chubb offices, Axalta in the Navy Yard, Insomnia Cookie Lab in South Philly, as well as headquarters for Brandywine Realty Trust, Passage Bio, and Abrdn, among others.
Sustainable design is a core value and integral to every project, whether or not certification is desired. We continually review new, more sustainable design and building methodologies for incorporation into our materials library and specifications. We research these new materials and methods for issues of quality, endurance, safety, constructability, and whether a product or method is truly “green.” We strive to be on the forefront of sustainable design practices, initiatives, and certifications, including the WELL Building standard and Fitwel.
We design environments that give form and shape to our clients’ aspirations and create places that help them become the best version of themselves. Every time.
