Creating a transformative healthcare facility
Prime Healthcare Group is paving new paths into transformative and technology-driven healthcare delivery services at Dubai Healthcare City. Their new nine-story heart and lung hospital will be home to three centers: the Heart & Lung Center, the Marie Curie Cancer Center, and the Brain Institute. The facility will offer advanced diagnostic, non-invasive, and interventional specialized clinical services.
The healthcare planning and configuration is focused on providing cutting-edge oncology solutions as well as specializing in complex heart, lung, brain, and cancer conditions. The architectural design incorporates effective space planning and merges outdoors through vistas and natural lighting to promote a healing environment. A major part of the building is purposefully oriented to face the neighboring park to take advantage of the healing benefits brought by the views of open green spaces. Keeping patient experience at the core of our design, the circulation has been efficiently designed to ensure a comfortable patient flow and promote smooth functionality of the entire hospital.
For this project, our team covered all design disciplines from healthcare planning, architectural design, interior design, structural engineering, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing engineering, landscape architecture, parking and traffic consulting, through to utilities consulting. By setting high standards of care, this comprehensive care center will further enhance Dubai’s reputation as a destination for medical excellence.
