Paul is a leader in laboratory engineering with a focus on science and technology facilities for educational, government, and private institutions. A LEED-accredited professional, Paul embraces the challenges of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems and champions integration, flexibility, and energy conservation.
Paul led the engineering design on the Nano-Systems Institute project at the University of California Los Angeles and the Physical Sciences Building at Cornell University in Ithaca, New York. Prior to joining Stantec, Paul designed laboratory facilities for the National Institutes of Health, Johns Hopkins University, Georgetown University, and Human Genome Sciences.
With 30 years of experience, Paul is a mentor to younger engineers and a hands-on leader. He spends most of his time working on projects alongside his team members. He also has spoken at numerous conferences about the design of environmentally-conscious systems.
