Julie is a project management professional and professional geologist with more than 25 years of experience in contract, program, and project management.
As principal international contracts manager for Stantec’s international development group, Julie brings a diverse background in infrastructure design and construction, environmental management, and management consulting to the unique challenges of infrastructure project execution in international settings. In her current role, she leads pursuit pricing, contract negotiation, and contract compliance for projects in developing countries, responding to the needs of clients like the US Agency for International Development, Millennium Challenge Corporation and country-specific Millennium Challenge Accounts.
Julie enjoys experiencing the beauty of the globe’s diverse wild and natural places in both her professional and personal life. An avid hiker, she’s photographed the view across the Mongolian plains from atop the Chinggis Khan statue, autumn in Yellowstone National Park, and the sunrise from beaches in Kaikoura, New Zealand and Bondi, Australia.
