As bridge group lead for our Raleigh office, Joe provides cost-effective engineering solutions for this critical infrastructure – addressing design for both new and aging bridge structures across the Carolinas. With more than 29 years in the industry, his experience includes design for new bridge construction, bridge widening, and rehabilitation designs in addition to retaining and noise wall design.
Joe is currently managing the bridge design work on the North Carolina Department of Transportation’s Troy Bypass project, and recently assisted our Winnipeg, Manitoba office with design of a 316’ long pedestrian bridge over the Icelandic River.
In his free time, Joe enjoys spending time with his family, volunteering time through his church, and cheering on the Wolfpack at Carter-Finley Stadium.
