The Modern at Art Place - Branding

Residential living in the heart of Washington

Make it yours!

Faced with the challenge of branding a 500 unit apartment building in a short time frame, our team got to work developing a campaign that would draw attention to this multi-family development on the edge of town.

With an address outside the downtown core of the city, we needed a strategy to differentiate this property from others. We designed a concept around the "Make it Yours" tagline, which invites prospective residents to engage with the robust art program planned for the building. The tagline also supports the wealth of high end services, lifestyle amenities and connections to transit offered by the property—ranging from a rooftop lounge and pool to concierge service, club room, fitness center, yoga studio, zen garden, and even a private bocce court. The result is an exuberant digital and print campaign that presents a bold vision for the neighborhood and its residents.
