Creating a uniquely elegant space

Originally built in 1970, One Boston Place (OBP) is a 41-story tower conveniently located in the heart of Boston’s Financial District. When Boston Commercial Real Estate (CBRE) wanted to renovate the lobby to better meet its occupants’ needs, they looked to us to provide a cohesive, bright, welcoming space that would attract and retain tenants within the building.

For this project, we provided architect and interior design services. This included creating a lively, comfortable seating area relocated closer to the front which entices visitors and tenants to stop and linger or enjoy one of the many food options added just off the redesigned space. Unifying the ceiling from the front doors with a ribbon of lacquered wood and integrated lighting frames, there is a new reception area that will act as an elegant check-in for building events and double as security. Crafted details encourage socialization and enhance the already robust amenity areas throughout the building. Warm, bright finishes, custom lighting solutions that are tied to the sun schedule make this space feel bright and cheerful year-round.

OBP offers breathtaking views of the city, unmatched interior details, and the highest level of service to their occupants.
