Using technology to improve built infrastructure assessments
BUILDER™ Sustainment Management System (SMS) is a web-based software application for facility professionals to make decisions on allocating scarce resources. Using this program, our team has provided services all over the world for every branch of the U.S. Department of Defense. Our goal? To help facility managers budget properly and maximize the life expectancy of building systems.
The BUILDERTM process starts with real property data which is then strengthened by collecting field information from assets identifying components and their life expectancy. This results in a complete and accurate built infrastructure assessment that informs the capital investment master planning process, particularly with respect to new programming requirements focused on recapitalization, sustainment, and restoration of existing infrastructure.
From team calibration to final report delivery and presentation, we provide the support needed to deliver clear, consistent data across the military installation. This aids in upkeep, maintenance, and preventative maintenance. Our quality control process results in consistent data that will result in smooth briefings with leadership with reports on program compliance status and corrective action measures.
Our QA/QC processes and tools have continuously improved as the program has evolved. This makes sure that our team operates at maximum efficiency, and results in inventory and inspection data that is complete, accurate, and consistent. Through BUILDERTM, we’re helping facility managers make informed decisions that ultimately allow them to get the most out of every dollar spent.
