Improving user experience on North Fort Myer Drive
Originally constructed in 1967, the Rosslyn Gateway North Building is a 12-story office and retail tower located in Arlington, Virginia. The office complex needed a major rejuvenation, and our team would offer our interior design expertise to help get the job done right. The goal? Improving user experience for tenants, and raising the building’s value for the owners group.
At the foot of Key Bridge, the building offers tenants tremendous views of downtown Washington, DC. Our job was to elevate the internal design and lift the building from Class B to Class A office standards. We renovated the building’s common areas, added tenant amenities like the new fitness center, and complemented our client’s plans for their adjacent redevelopment on the same block.
To create a livelier street front presence, the building’s entrance on North Fort Myer Drive was upgraded with new exterior structural glazing and frameless doors. The interior entrance area features a glorious marble tile and a graphic wall that presents a new building logo. The 146,000-square-foot office building now fits within its natural setting and offers tenants a fruitful experience on North Fort Myer Drive, DC.
