A unique, modern space for an employee-owned investment management firm

This modern office features a blend of strong architectural elements, classic furniture, and elegant materials and finishes that create a strong visual impact and reflect the client’s commitment to excellence.

We provided complete interior design services for Tetrem Capital Management, an employee-owned investment management firm that offers money management services to institutional and select high net-worth clients. Key to the design was the clear separation of public and restricted areas to support the confidential nature of the business environment. The design concept also involved removing unnecessary architectural elements to provide seamless transitions between surfaces and materials—glass partitions pass in front of the demising walls, so that individual spaces presented as one. Doorframes were removed, allowing the wood doors to stand flush and integrated within the glass partitions.

The white and grey color scheme is accented with carefully selected artwork, and contrasted with dark wood paneling to define the space and add warmth to the interior environment. The result? A modern design that is as functional as it is elegant.
