Seasons Baseline Retirement Community - Project Management

Seasons Baseline is a modern retirement community designed to offer London residents a comfortable and active lifestyle. The Seasons Retirement Communities engaged us to help with this project.

We provided comprehensive project management services that covered planning and development approvals. Leveraging our local expertise, we facilitated planning applications, zoning processes, and conducted due diligence and research essential for site selection. Our team created servicing plans and followed up with site inspections to oversee quality. We also designed innovative, eco-friendly stormwater management systems, featuring Bioswale design (low impact development) strategies such as rain gardens and permeable pavements that allow rainwater to soak through.

One of the biggest challenges we encountered was achieving full compliance with rigorous environmental regulations while keeping the community both attractive and practical, balancing legal requirements with a welcoming and functional design. The community includes a variety of modern features that support healthy, active living. Residents have access to an indoor walking track, a fitness centre, a micro-market for easy meal options, and underground parking.
