Integrated services create a stronger whole

Australia’s iconic Swan River is a key part of Elizabeth Quay and the waterside precinct of Perth’s central business district. When Ritz-Carlton wanted to renew this urban area with a luxury hotel chain and residential tower that celebrated the natural beauty of the area, they brought us in to provide development and building engineering services.

In collaboration with Far East Consortium, Cottee Parker, and Ritz-Carlton, we designed a high-finish, 379-bed residential and hotel tower with 205 rooms, 18 suites, meeting and event spaces, a podium rooftop bar, a spa, pool facilities, and an open 550 square metre (5,920 square foot) ballroom. Our focus on diverse functionality within the building control systems ensured efficient security oversight and facility management in both the hotel and residential tower. Plus, working in partnership with the Green Building Council of Australia, we built in energy efficiencies and environmental construction management to achieve a 5 star green star rating.

As an urban renewal project, the Ritz Carlton Hotel and The Towers delivers a luxurious hotel, ground floor retail, dining, and entertainment in an integrated, resort-style experience. This destination hotel activates the Elizabeth Quay precinct, bringing new opportunities for Perth’s CBD and the city’s visitors, tourists, and residents.
