Michael is a principal in our Program and Construction Management practice, currently serving as Tri-State regional director, US Buildings Program Management, with over 20 years of experience in project management, architecture, and construction management. He is well versed in developing and delivering complex, large-scale hospital projects for world class institutions including Stony Brook Southampton Hospital, Montefiore Medical Center, Northwell Health, and Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center.
A graduate of Tulane University, Michael holds both a bachelor’s degree and a master’s degree in architecture. He is a registered architect in the State of New York and a member of the American Institute of Architects (AIA). Locally, he serves on the AIA Design For Health steering committee.
Recently, in addition to working with healthcare sector clients, Michael has expanded his practice in the Tri-State region into the biopharma sector. The fields of healthcare and biopharma are complementary and inform each other, with both sectors offering the possibility of helping those in need of care whether in practice or from the bench.
When he was younger, Michael taught sailing in Maine. His plan? To take courses in the future with the goal of moving up in class from Lasers to larger boats.
