Alexandra is an Australian, female aviation engineer with a traffic engineering background and over a decade of combined experience in the transportation industry.
Since she was a child, Alexandra has always been drawn to the aviation space—her parents met in an airport. Today, having family in multiple countries motivates her to improve infrastructure that helps people connect. Over the course of her career, Alexandra has worked as an aviation designer and project manager for capital planning, runway and taxiway designs, rehabilitation, and new construction. She’s also managed design projects in excess of $2 million and provided construction administration and observation for projects over $22 million. As well, Alexandra has been responsible for the successful coordination and safe execution of multiple teams on live airfields at airports in across New England.
With a flair for creativity, Alexandra is exploring entrepreneurial freedom with a craft jewelry business that she founded in 2020. Alexandra is also an avid traveler who has visited 37 countries—including 17 US states—and hopes to see them all.
