As a vice president for business development and strategy, Ray has extensive experience providing architecture, engineering, and environmental services to government and defense clients around the world.
Ray has administered large indefinite delivery indefinite quantity (IDIQ) contracts for multiple US military branches and has a particular expertise in construction and contracting within Europe and the Middle East. He regularly applies his engineering knowledge to projects focused on renovation of Department of Defense (DOD) facilities, asset management, construction management and inspection, energy and utility studies, and military master planning.
After receiving his bachelor's degree in physics-engineering and mathematics from Washington and Lee University, he obtained a master’s degree in environmental engineering from The Pennsylvania State University. He also completed the Harvard ManageMentor Leadership Program.
When not being a travel soccer groupie for his teenage daughter, Ray enjoys downhill skiing and road biking.
