Designing sustainable force protection for now and the future

For U.S. Army Garrison Wiesbaden, Mainz-Kastel Station to meet mission requirements of the United States and NATO, the site requires design integration of building features and related site layouts with other current and future design projects.

As part of a joint venture team with Buckart-Horn, we are providing all professional engineering services necessary to develop a complete design-bid-build package for the renovation of a large building and associated site based on a facilities engineering request (DD Form 4283). The project scope includes the building, associated site and utilities work, antiterrorism and force protection (ATFP) requirements, and LEED requirements.

The design package includes specifications, drawings, bid schedules, submittal registers, construction cost estimates, and design analysis. The design complies with current host nation (HN) and NATO codes, criteria, and design standards as well as HN funded construction agreements.
