Herman is one of the team leaders in the Victoria office and believes the wealth of knowledge and expertise within the Company is what sets us apart. He enjoys working closely with his clients to understand their visions and problems, no matter how large or small, ensuring his team can deliver a range of well-balanced solutions and well thought out ideas.
With over 16 years of experience in both the public and private sectors, Herman has been involved in a diverse range of projects across Australia, from major projects to small scale developments. Throughout his career, he’s always been able to contribute to projects with an eye for detail while remaining focus on the larger vision. Herman passionate about safety in all aspects of design and always thinks about the road users’ experience from their lens.
Outside of work, Herman is a football fanatic, and you will often find him watching his team, Liverpool Football club play in the English Premier League in the early hours of the morning every week. He’s also a keen fisherman and on the rare occasion lands a sizable catch.
