Bryan has 35 years of site development and civil engineering experience—a knack for math and science and family inspiration started him down this path. He fondly remembers his dad using an old-school engineering seal to crimp development plans for the next big shopping mall. Today, Bryan specializes in all aspects of the development process for federal, municipal, and private clients.
Taking projects from pre-design and permitting through construction, Bryan manages a team that focuses on sustainable communities. He draws on his expertise to work on a variety of projects—from fire stations and government buildings to affordable homes, this rewarding work stems from decades-long partnerships with his valued clients. Notably, he’s helped O’Reilly Automotive Stores bring more than 100 stores to Florida communities and worked with Tampa Housing Authority to reimagine public housing for vulnerable residents.
When he isn’t working on sustainable projects, Bryan has a penchant for sports—finding time for a round of golf, cheering on his sons at baseball, and watching football (go, Buckeyes!).
