A principal and brownfield asset transformation leader, Amy is a certified planner, with a background in sustainability, urban planning and design, geology, and grant funding. She is uniquely qualified to assist public and private sector clients in transforming brownfields into viable developments.
Amy routinely manages government and development projects from planning through engineering design. With her experience in brownfields redevelopment, she works with clients on all aspects of the brownfields process, from the initial visioning stages through development. Her recent projects include the 79th Street Vision Plan in Miami and the City of College Park Brownfields Assessment in Georgia.
