Cole’s interest in architecture and urbanism started at a young age and flourished during his upbringing in multiple metroplexes. This constant exposure to open and built space continues to inform his design capabilities at a variety of scales.

Today, as a dynamic and resourceful designer, Cole’s talents are used to realize beautiful and functional projects that improve the wellbeing of their users. He brings an unwavering passion towards designing for problems arising from climate change and sustainable longevity to his Architectural and Urbanism teams. His involvement in the renovation of various New York City public schools, including PS 62 and PS 150, have significantly improved the learning environment for its students while increasing each building’s functional lifespan. As a team member with the Urban Places group, Cole also works on urbanism and transportation projects located throughout the United States, including Climate Change Design Guidelines for the City and County of Honolulu.

Cole writes for various architecture publications and is an avid traveler and swimmer. An active member of the New York architectural community, he frequently attends book talks, speaker events, and walking tours of the city.
