With over 20 years in engineering, Tim combines his technical education and hands-on experience to provide leadership to the Community Development team, as well as solutions to the complex problems his clients face.
What drives him? Two things. Being a part of significant projects that have opened large areas of his local community to growth and development and coaching his team of engineers, technologists, planners, landscape architects, and geomatics professionals. One particularly meaningful project for Tim was the Creek Valley Trunk Sewer, where sensitive environmental factors needed to be addressed throughout approvals and construction, and successful completion opened and restored lands for recreational use.
With Tim’s competitive nature—and supported by a strong team—he’s able to touch more projects and ensure we are meeting the needs of our clients.
Living on a rural property, Tim enjoys spending time around the house, but you may also find him mountain biking or at a hockey arena.
