Upper Richmond Village is a development focused on creating a sense of community, integrating mixed land uses and a variety of urban style living. Boasting distinctive architecture steeped in the history of old North London, the development incorporates green initiatives and a committed effort to retaining and enhancing the natural features of the site.
The master plan includes single family homes, medium and high density residential, and a commercial retail section at the southeast corner of the site. The site will incorporate stormwater facilities that will be accessible through an integrated trail system. The development is further enhanced by the introduction of community gateways, with highlighted crosswalks, plantings and landscape markers.
