A leader of road design projects, Andrew specializes in road engineering and road safety programs. He manages multidisciplinary project teams and enjoys mentoring and developing young engineers, who he believes bring fresh ideas and innovation to projects.
His goal? To instill sustainable engineering, architecture, and environmental consulting across his work. Andrew has successfully delivered road improvement packages across regional communities and been responsible for high-profile road alignment and intersection upgrades. His rail expertise includes delivery of over 50 pedestrian automatic gates upgrade installations across the Auckland rail network.
Andrew is particularly proud of the teams’ success in delivering the Cyclone Gabrielle Emergency response and recovery program for Central Hawkes Bay District Council. This project is an example of great people working collaboratively to achieve the best outcomes for the community.
At weekends Andrew enjoys exploring New Zealand’s beautiful countryside with his wife and relaxing in a deck chair by the lake at Bannockburn. He also enjoys getting out on his mountain bike or fishing on the Taieri River.
