When unique structural engineering challenges occur, Taylor is the one to solve them. He has a unique talent for intuitively understanding complicated bridges and the ability to discern and communicate solutions clearly with clients and peers.
A structural engineer and project manager, Taylor is passionate about multi-faceted, complex bridge projects with many different parts. His diverse technical resume includes numerous structure types: steel truss, tied arch, post-tensioned segmental box, curved steel plate girders, cable stayed bridges, and even dam stress and stability analyses. Taylor considers it fortunate to work under talented project managers and leaders who foster experience and knowledge managing complex projects. He was given the opportunity to perform computation analysis on complex bridge projects early in his career and is paying it forward as a mentor to young engineers.
Outside of work, Taylor enjoys spending time with his two sons and wife. He can be found in the woods hunting, creek-side fishing, or in the kitchen cooking in his spare time.
