Passionate about problem solving from a young age, Regina is driven to find solutions that improve transportation systems through the lenses of safety and efficiency for all corridor users.
Regina’s experience includes over 16 years of expertise in signal design, signal timing, pavement marking, traffic control, and signing design. Specifically, her traffic control experience includes bridge maintenance, lane closures, road closures, on-site and off-site detours. Her signing and pavement marking design experience has focused on urban corridors and includes two-way cycle tracks, bike lanes, bike boxes, and multiuse paths.
As group lead for our North Carolina Traffic Engineering Design team, Regina excels at matching the right staff to projects that best utilize their skills to meet client and project needs. Her favorite projects are those which require use creative solutions and a multidisciplinary approach to positively impact communities.
Outside of work, Regina enjoys cheering on the NC State Wolfpack and spending time with her family.
