A natural leader and problem solver, Tina excels in identifying and implementing solutions from project mobilization through delivery and closeout. She consistently makes thoughtful decisions that benefit all involved, including her team, clients, and subconsultant teaming partners.
Passionate about cultivating strong relationships with our developing business enterprises (DBE) and small business enterprise (SBE) partners, Tina regularly engages with team members to explore their career development goals and determine how these objectives align with the project scope. She’s played a pivotal role in landmark transportation projects such as the ongoing California High-Speed Rail’s (CAHSR) Merced to Madera Design Services, the $2.1 billion LA Metro’s Crenshaw to LAX Transit Corridor Project, the $2.5 billion Westside Purple Line Extension Section 1, and the $2.1 billion Honolulu Area Rapid Transit project.
Tina dedicates her time to increasing opportunities and visibility for women in the industry. This is evident through her active involvement in the Women’s Transportation Seminar (WTS) and the National Association of Women in Construction (NAWIC).
