If you ask Pat what he appreciates most about working for Stantec, he’d say it’s the opportunity to work with excellent people doing what’s right within a culture of mutual support and passion. Pat provides design team leadership as a senior project manager on the transportation team, and has played a role in developing the quality management practices for our internal team as well as MnDOT. He has routinely developed and successfully executed project-specific quality management plans in his role as project manager or project quality manager on numerous large and complex transportation study, scoping, preliminary design and final design projects.
Stakeholder involvement and consent building is a special strength of Pat’s—he has achieved the required consent on large, complex and contentious projects.
On the weekends you might find Pat spending time with his family at the lake, out doing some road or mountain biking, doing chores, or maybe playing his guitar.
