As a buildings principal in our Edmonton office, Gary combines his past construction background installing mechanical systems with the technical experience required to carry out performance engineering and building commissioning.
Gary has actively worked on over 250 commissioning projects as a senior commissioning manager. These projects range from major healthcare facilities, to world class institutional buildings, to small tenant improvement fit outs. This experience has lent Gary extensive knowledge in preparing and coordinating commissioning programs to meet the varied needs of building owners. He also has experience completing oversight reviews of contract design documents, chairing meetings, analyzing and troubleshooting building systems, and coordinating owner training programs. On site, he remains actively involved with hands-on commissioning including conducting full building integrated systems tests.
Outside of work, Gary enjoys travelling, hiking, and playing outdoor sports.
