With experience in transportation, planning, and sociology, Clare has focused her career on research, policy and strategy development, placemaking, engagement, and advocacy. She strives to form meaningful relationships and achieve evidence-based and sustainable project outcomes.
Clare previously worked for a European consulting firm on projects across Europe, Asia, and the Pacific and with a non-governmental organization in Brazil. Her philosophy is to listen to and engage with communities to better understand local needs and establish shared visions to attain long-term results.
In her spare time, Clare enjoys running, riding her bike, and baking. On the weekend, she likes taking her little van out of the city to go camping and swimming.
