A core member of our International Development team, Rebecca has a multi-faceted role: helping to lead marketing and business development efforts for key pursuits in water supply and sanitation as well as energy and resources for US foreign assistance agencies and other global development organizations. She also directs several of the business’s operational activities.
Rebecca’s experience and perspective stems from her diverse background working in electoral politics, political and management consulting, government relations, business operations, and international development for the past 20 years. Originally from southeastern Virginia, Rebecca is proud to have earned her master’s degree in business administration (MBA) from the College of William and Mary in Williamsburg, Virginia, the second oldest institution of higher learning in the US (est. 1693).
When not in the office, you’ll likely find Rebecca enjoying the amazing history, culture, sports and entertainment options that the Washington D.C. area offers. She resides in Old Town Alexandria, enjoys visiting farmers markets, loves live music, and lives and breathes Washington Capitals hockey for half the year.
