Michael’s experience with various infrastructure efforts has given him a unique understanding of project success across multiple sectors. He’s played a pivotal role in high-level grading, servicing, and stormwater design for multidisciplinary projects. He also conducts feasibility reviews and coordinates with other building disciplines.
As a senior civil engineer, Michael excels at leading teams through complex projects such as the new Calgary Cancer Centre and Calgary Event Centre. He draws on his strong background of field experience to design layouts that will be practical and cost effective during construction. As a project manager, he applies his comprehensive understanding of the development process and strives to find the balance of technical expertise required for each unique site.
When he isn’t providing civil engineering services on projects, Michael enjoys photography, badminton, and basketball, embracing an active and creative lifestyle.
