Environmental scientist and principal in our San Jose office, Wendy has committed her career to environmental remediation. She specializes in cutting edge remedial approaches to treat indoor air, soil and groundwater contaminated by petroleum hydrocarbons and solvents.
Wendy’s work includes managing various operation and maintenance sites in the San Francisco Bay Area and she’s recently started working on international due diligence projects for a technology company. She enjoys working on challenging projects that involve a variety of organizations all coming together to resolve a particular issue—currently she’s working with a local municipality, regulatory agencies, and responsible parties to allow dewatering on an underpass that intersects a contaminated groundwater plume.
Having grown up on a hill overlooking Silicon Valley, Wendy has watched orchards slowly turn into office parks and housing—it’s her personal mission to make the world a cleaner, better place for her daughter to grow up in.
