As part of our team for more than 12 years, Allen is a director at our Taipei office in Taiwan. During this period, he has been involved in projects related to the planning of river pollution remediations. He’s also helping Taiwan’s Environmental Protection Administration, as well as the local environmental protection agencies, to carry out tasks such as project planning, remediation strategy development, and total amount control regulation establishment.
In addition, Allen was in charge of the planning, design, construction supervision, operation, and maintenance of several on-site treatment engineering projects. Among these projects, he had the most experience in the Gravel Contact Oxidation Process (GCOP).
Allen became the service line manager of the Taipei Office Water Environment Service Line in 2014, leading to the continued growth and development in the field of river pollution remediation planning, on-site treatment engineering, ecological engineering, environmental monitoring, and low carbon promotion, and more.
