As a professional engineer, Carrie has years of experience in delivering successful engineering services on a wide variety of projects across the mid-Atlantic region. She is well-versed as both a business development leader and project manager, leading pursuits and delivering effective projects. She is an integral part of our mid-Atlantic Transportation team where she leads and supports significant transportation projects throughout the Maryland and Washington, DC area.
Some of Carrie’s favorite projects involve bike and pedestrian infrastructure projects where she provides analysis, concept, design, and plans to improve bicyclist and pedestrian safety and comfort along various corridors—helping communities enjoy a more balanced use of the public right-of-way, and creating safer, more walkable, and bikeable streets for active transportation users.
When she’s not creating safer spaces for cyclists, Carrie enjoys biking with her husband and two daughters. They also love traveling, hiking, and sailing.
