Based in Sacramento, Jesse is a civil engineer and project manager with over 14 years of experience in engineering design and project management. With a focus on recreational facilities, he has extensive experience designing and managing projects such as campgrounds, boat ramps, various recreational facilities, engineered stream design, and bank stabilization.
Jesse has worked on stormwater projects ranging from open channel design to closed storm drain systems. His experience includes all phases of project development including data collection, concept plan design, water system design, erosion control, engineered design plans and specifications, cost estimates, construction support and oversight, and final review of construction. Jesse also has his Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Part 107 Remote Pilot license, allowing UAS (Unmanned Aerial Systems) data collection for high-definition aerial imaging and photogrammetry. This aerial data collection is used for photography, videography, mapping, surface creation, and conceptual planning.
Outside of work, Jesse can be found swimming, biking, and going on walks in Northern California with his wife and two young children.
