A project manager and lead roadway engineer, Scott is a veteran of transportation engineering and roadway design across the Lowcountry. His designs are known to be sustainable and he’s committed to creating safer communities wherever he works.
Scott is passionate about team development and quality engineering solutions. He’s a natural leader and able to make a quick connection with people—a good combination for mentoring young professionals and winning over students interested in the engineering profession. Motivating the next generation is something Scott takes seriously: he volunteers on the West Ashley High School STEM advisory board. With this service, he engages students and teachers, helps them understand engineering, and inspires kids to choose a STEM related career. Charleston Business Journal recognized Scott’s leadership and community involvement by naming him to their 2018 class of 40 Under 40.
Out of everything he has done, what Scott is most proud of is his family—marrying his wife Kym and having his two kids are among his biggest accomplishments.
