Welcome to Ankara

Ankara’s a time-honored city, complete with archaeological sites and architecture to match. Alongside this traditional charm, the city is beginning to rapidly modernize—with a growing economy that includes defense and aerospace firms, as well as auto companies.

Our team of more than 50 works across water, wastewater, renewable and sustainable energy, natural resources, and environmental efforts to deliver a secure, sustainable vision for the region.  Together with the Ministry of Energy and Natural Resources, we were part of energy audits that identified opportunities to reduce the energy consumption and carbon footprint of Türkiye, and we are shaping the future quality of potable water across Türkiye with the Ministry of Water.

Since first opening in Ankara in 1999—and in our current location since 2015—we’ve been part of water, energy efficiency, and renewable energy efforts that’ve improved the quality of water from local taps and lowered residents’ electricity bills. We’ve supported projects to promote the increase of sustainable energy by private sector borrowers as well as in residential developments.
