Karim provides bespoke solutions to clients utilising the depth and breadth of his knowledge in building services. His 25 years of experience in engineering design helps him identify a business’ underlying needs, both existing and potential, from a technical perspective. Next steps? Advising on available opportunities within the legislative framework, optimising assets and ensuring they’re operating at optimum capacity, and utilising predictive maintenance to prevent emergencies.
With proven abilities in project leadership, Karim has worked in all project phases from planning and interdisciplinary coordination to client interface, financials, construction, and closeout. His experience in the delivery of major projects—such as on the Australia Singapore Military Training Initiative (ASMTI) in Shoalwater Bay in Queensland—and working alongside contractors, sub-contractors, and stakeholder groups adds to Karim’s comprehensive project expertise.
As captain of the Australian handball team (1986 to 2000) and a competitor in the 2000 Olympic Games in Sydney, Karim has always made sports a big part of his life. These days, though, you might be more likely to find him caring for his apiary and orchids or studying up on aquaponics.
