With more than 30 years spent delivering building services design, Theo is familiar with the full project life cycle, from inception to handover. He’s worked across multiple sectors on data centre, industrial, hotel and leisure, commercial, residential, and retail projects.
Theo leads project teams of building engineers and manages large-scaled projects, under tight design programs and of high complexity. Some of these include a data centre at SEGRO Park, a 1,200-dwelling residential scheme in Ilford Riverside in London, and infrastructure upgrades to a 1930s Grade II listed building for the London School of Hygiene and Topical Medicine.
When his isn’t overseeing large-scale building services projects, Theo enjoys spending time with his family, playing the piano and chess, reading history books, and cooking for his loved ones.
