His studies on preparing active travel strategies cover parking studies, road safety, transport statistics, stakeholder engagement, and everything else from option identification and appraisal through design.
With a detailed knowledge of policy context, Gordon draws on best practice guidance documents to complete these studies to the highest level of quality and with an emphasis on meeting the client’s expectations. For the last few years, Gordon has been working closely with the University of Glasgow on their strategic transport and travel plan, which will define their approach to transport and travel over a ten-year period.
When he isn’t at work, Gordon enjoys playing football with his colleagues and friends, cycling around exotic parts of the world, and walking his rescue dog.
