As the office lead for our Exeter office and a principal environmental consultant, Josh has over a decade of experience in navigating environmental permitting regulations to help clients meet the necessary requirements to obtain environmental consents. He is passionate about fostering an environment where solutions are innovative and collaborative, have stakeholders in mind, and will comply with all environmental requirements.
Recently, Josh led a team that worked closely with Bristol Water to develop a bespoke environmental management system. This was to help meet the Environment Agency’s Monitoring Certification Scheme (MCERTS) for self-monitoring of flow and guidance for discharge consents, achieving first-time MCERTS accreditation.
When he isn’t working on his latest environmental project, Josh spends the majority of his time with his family, largely outside—be that in a forest, on a boat in the Estuary near home, or at the beach—come rain or shine.
