A chartered engineer with over 20 years of experience in site development, Michael has successfully led design teams in delivering complex civil engineering and public realm projects while working in the United Kingdom and the United States.
Michael has extensive experience in highway and drainage design for mixed use developments and has successfully led design teams for projects from inception through to construction. He leads the civil engineering team at our Taunton, United Kingdom office. This includes engineers and technicians with highways, drainage, and utilities expertise. Michael also leads our climate change initiative in the south west, assisting clients to achieve the climate change commitments and driving change by embedding climate change solutions on projects in the region. Most notably, he was the lead civil engineer for the S278 works and external public realm works for Drake Leisure, a £35 million mixed use development for British Land in Plymouth.
Outside of work, Michael enjoys spending time with friends and family, travelling, running and playing golf.
