James started his career in the asbestos industry as a British Occupational Hygiene Society qualified asbestos surveyor and laboratory analyst. Now with over 15 years of experience in the highly regulated contaminated land industry, he’s developed a meticulous attention to detail and has considerable experience in managing both large- and small-scale remediation projects. He provides technical and design consultancy support to clients on major infrastructure projects and advises property developers with residential, commercial, and mixed-use schemes throughout the UK.
Dedicated to helping all parties to manage potential risk and reduce costs, James manages the overall strategic approach to a contaminated site and the contractors and the specialists who can resolve the issue. He also helps clients to manage their relationship and communication with regulatory bodies and other key parties.
With his significant experience in the asbestos contaminated land industry, James also assists with reducing the cost of developments with innovative solutions and risk management profiling.
