Nadia is a chartered transport planning professional with over 20 years of experience in the development and application of multi-modal transport models that enhance decision-making for her clients’ complex problems. She brings a broad perspective to her work, having supported a variety of public and private sector clients in the UK and overseas since the beginning of her career.
A proponent of constant learning, Nadia has always strived to expand her knowledge and experience to other areas of transport such as transport planning, transport appraisal, and data analytics. She believes the true value of transport modelling can be achieved by applying modelling theory and tools to practice by solving real world problems. In her career, Nadia has been proud to support large landmark projects such as the Elizabeth Line in London, and to help secure government funding to build locally important infrastructure including the Observer Way, Wokingham Borough in Berkshire, UK.
Nadia’s recent interests stretch beyond traditional modelling techniques and include agent based models, data driven modelling and holistic assessment of transport systems including carbon footprint.
