A chartered principal process engineer, Isabelle has more than 20 years of experience in wastewater treatment, from optioneering through detailed design and commissioning. Well-versed in traditional design such as trickling filters and activated sludge works, Isabelle also works with compact treatment processes like chemically assisted lamella and biological aerated flooded filter (BAFF) techniques.
Lately, Isabelle has been involved on the quality side of process engineering—particularly in phosphorous removal—as part of the eight2o consortium delivering Thames Water’s capital programme.
In her home office of High Wycombe, Isabelle has taken on the role of process regional discipline lead, looking after a local team of process engineers and helping develop their skills and careers.
