Based in Warrington, England, Gary has over 15 years of experience across the fields of programme, project, and design management. He’s skilled in project planning, execution, and controls, as well as commercial and contract management. A certified MSP practitioner, he also holds incorporated engineer status with the Institution of Civil Engineers (ICE) and certification with the Association for Project Management (APM).
With a background in civil engineering, Gary has provided design and delivery services for water company clients across the United Kingdom. He recently completed a three-year secondment to a client organisation as programme manager for their water resilience programme, where he led a team to secure funding to address the largest water resilience risks in London.
In his spare time, Gary is kept busy by his young family, often taking his daughters to their latest gymnastics competition or on bike rides along the waterfront in his home city of Liverpool.
