As a planning director, Hannah is a highly experienced professional in town planning. With a strong record of leading complex mixed-use projects, she focuses on sustainable development, strategic planning, and urban regeneration. She’s worked on a wide range of projects, including brownfield regeneration, residential developments, and green-belt release sites and mixed-use schemes.
In collaboration with a large interdisciplinary team, Hannah enjoys delivering projects in sensitive urban areas. Taking pride in her role, she brings new and old communities together to create vibrant and inclusive places. She’s been involved in Linmere, from its initial outline planning stage more than 10 years ago, all the way through to its delivery on the ground today. Hannah’s also applying her expertise to a group of four brownfield sites in Norwich that must address the challenge of achieving nutrient neutrality—she’s led from the planning side and demonstrated her ability to adapt to ongoing challenges, including viability challenges, for successful development projects.
Outside of work, Hannah enjoys staying active through running, sometimes with her dog, and open water swimming.
